About Blue Rock Holistics
From
the time I was a little girl in the 1960's playing
"nurse" with my older sister, I remember wanting to
help other people improve their health. Years
later, my desire seemed to take a sharp turn when I
chose to work as a researcher for a health insurance
company instead of donning a nurse's uniform.
Looking back, that was the best decision I ever
made.
Because during my 16 years in the health insurance
industry, I studied physiology and analyzed the
detailed medical records and insurance claims of
tens of thousands of people who suffered from a wide
variety of ailments.
With
nearly every medical chart I reviewed in all those
years, drugs were THE only treatment suggested and
offered. Surgery, physical therapy or
counseling were the others.
In
the thousands of medical records I reviewed, it was
unheard of for a physician to provide an actual
dietary outline or to suggest natural nutritional

This is still the case today.
I
was astounded by the number of people who just

as IBS, I existed for over 20 years with frequent
