I can still remember, back in the late 1960's while playing "nurse" with my older sister, wanting to help other people improve their health.  Years later, my vision took a sharp turn when I chose to work as a researcher for a health insurance company instead of donning a nurse's uniform. Looking back, that was the best decision I ever made.

Because during my 16 years in the health insurance industry, I studied physiology and analyzed the detailed medical records and insurance claims of tens of thousands of people who suffered from a wide variety of ailments.

In nearly every medical history I reviewed through all those years, drugs were often THE only treatment suggested and offered.  Surgery and physical therapy brought up the rear.

In the thousands of medical records I reviewed, it was unheard of for a physician to provide an actual dietary outline or to suggest natural nutritional supplementation as the way to gain superior health.  This is still the case today.

I was astounded by the number of people who just dutifully took their drugs every day without ever knowing why they were chronically ill or the harm they were doing to their bodies and their brains by taking these powerful chemicals that threw everything out of balance.

I was also living a digestive nightmare at the time. After suffering from what was eventually diagnosed as IBS, I existed for over 20 years with frequent and eventually daily debilitating stomach pain.

Luckily, I was trained 17 years ago to eat in the way that creates fast, efficient digestion.

With my years of agony over so fast, I found my life's mission... to help people whose medical charts were like those I studied that were taking drugs, getting no better, and suffering horrendous side effects to boot.
